WHAT WE OFFER

We have cable television and Wifi provided for your convenience and pleasure. We also offer, free of charge, a premium guest house, washers and dryers, an exercise room and swimming pool.

Daily Rental Fee - $30.00 per day, all utilities included. Daily rental fees apply from day 1 through day 6 of your stay with us.
Weekly Rental Fee - $180.00 per week, all utilities included. Weekly rental fees apply from day 1 through day 29 of your stay with us.
Monthly Rental Fee - $385.00 per month, all utilities included. Monthly rental fees apply from day 1 through day 90 of your stay with us. 

Long Term Rental Fee - $265.00 per month plus electricity. Long term rental fees apply for any rental periods extending beyond day 91 of your stay with us.

Electric deposit of $150.00
is required for any long Term Rental Agreements.
